Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any production error, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund. To process this, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at lostframe.ecom@gmail.com and include:
Your order number
A clear photo showing the defect or error

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
